Editorial Staff


Charlie Lowe is an assistant professor in the Department of Writing at Grand Valley State University, where he teaches first year composition, professional writing, and web design, and he is a strong advocate of open source software and open educational resource adoption.

Pavel Zemliansky is an associate professor in the Department of Writing and Rhetoric at the University of Central Florida. He is also the Director of UCF's Writing Across the Curriculum Program. He teaches courses in rhetoric, composition, and professional writing

Assistant Editors

Matt Barton is an associate professor of English at Saint Cloud State University in Saint Cloud, Minnesota, where he teaches courses in rhetoric, writing, and technology. His research interests include wikis and videogames.

Craig Hulst is an affiliate professor in the Department of Writing at Grand Valley State University, where he teaches first and third year composition classes. He is also currently working on his dissertation at Indiana University of Pennsylvania.

Kyle Stedman is a doctoral candidate in rhetoric and composition at the University of South Florida. His research interests include fan studies and intellectual property, and his dissertation is a study of music composition practices and the rhetoric of sound.

Terra Williams is the WPA at Ringling College of Art and Design, where she teaches courses in composition, creative writing, and professional writing.

Elizabeth D. Woodworth is an assistant professor and WPA at Auburn University at Montgomery, where she teaches writing and Victorian literature; she has over fifteen years of experience in educational publishing.

David Blakesley is the Campbell Chair in Technical Communication and Professor of English at Clemson University, where he teaches courses in professional writing, rhetoric, design, and publishing.

Graphics Editor

Colin Charlton is an Assistant Professor and Developmental English Coordinator at the University of Texas-Pan American. He incorporates design and aesthetics into all his writing classes, and he created and oversees an iPad Studio for developmental reading and writing students.
